The office people were so amazing and listened to me and took so much of the stress off me. They handled my mess of paperwork I brought to them like champs. I felt like I called and asked so many dumb questions, and they were always so awesome about helping me out. I truly appreciated it. The only negative to our experience was that our lawyer had no idea who we were when he showed up on our hearing date. I saw him, walked across the room to him, and he looked at me and then walked over to an older couple and asked them if they were us. We happened to know the couple and they awkwardly pointed me out. It was overall a good experience though.
