Charged a ton. When I asked where all the money went, dropped me as a client without an explanation. Not even a phone call or email. Didn't do what I hired him to do.

I thought I could do a step child adoption on my own, so I researched a ton. But then I was like "this is too much work". So I searched google for a family lawyer. Made a few calls and Eric was the most prompt in responding. That's what got me in the door. But the process was even easier than what I had researched online. His response time wasn't only great to get my business, but for any questions and follow up that I needed, he was also quick and prompt. Kristen is great too. I valued that despite their busy schedule, they were on it.

I had recently had a horrible experience getting divorced. My first attorney had swindled me and had made my custody situation very confusing, hard, and just not right. That's when I sought out Eric Paulson. He saved my custody situation and has fought for/with me to make it even better and easier. Especially for my daughter. You won't find a better attorney! Eric is very knowledgeable, thorough and honest. I admire him both as an attorney, and as a human being- he shows genuine concern for his clients. Eric was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Setting an appointment with him was fast and he worked around our busy schedule. There was one time he asked if we could reschedule because he had a client with a more pressing matter than ours. He was very good about prioritizing his clients.
