I went through them for my bankruptcy and they were amazing. Even during the last half of my payments they worked with me and were flexible on moving them around for me. As a person who never thought I would go through it they made the process super easy.

The attorneys and staff genuinely care about those of us that they represent. They provide accurate advice. And they are efficient in performing their work.

This is a horrible, shady business run by shameless brutes who get off on threatening their clientele. 0/10, would never recommend. Pay a small amount more for your services and deal with a company exhibiting some semblance of respect and professionalism for those who ultimately pay their bills. What an awful experience.

I needed to file a BK7 and needed someone to file it for me because I do not know how. I filled out the paperwork properly and also did some research beforehand to understand the process. It was well explained and the fee is very reasonable. I like their use of all avenues of technology to keep me apprised of what is going on. The education courses are FREE. As an adult, I do not need to be coddled or anyone to hold my hand and the service I paid for, I got. I read the reviews and my advice to most is to understand people are busy and do not have time to hand-hold. Keep up your end of the bargain, don't expect to endlessly call or email and have someone tuck you in at night and you will be fine. I like Brian and KC's attitudes.. its direct, to the point and quick. My expectations were exceeded and I do not post many reviews, but this one is well deserved. Thanks, Guys.

We are at the other side of our bankruptcy and only have a couple payments left. I should have left a review sooner so Patrick Brown would have seen it and known how much we appreciated him and all his hard work on our behalf. However, the rest of the staff stepped up and helped us finish our filing. The only complaint I would have was when we had our 341 meeting we had someone there to represent us we had never met until about 10 minutes prior to the meeting. Thank goodness it went well and we had a great judge. Other than that we would recommend Beehive Advocates to anyone that’s found themselves in financial difficulty.

So someone calls me 9 I repeat 9 months after I supposedly paid off my account.... saying I owed $250.00 I call the owner... he doesn’t return my call however emails me saying I owe $275.00... first discrepancy..... Which reminds me of the phone call I received in February, second discrepancy saying I owed $500 and they’ve been trying to get ahold of me and I need to take care of my balance now.... mind you, I’ve had the same phone number and email the past 5 years lol (third discrepancy). So clearly there are many “discrepancies” I told him I didn’t owe and am refusing to pay so he’s threatening to send me to collections after “helping” me turn my credit around... not to mention I filed my bankruptcy almost 3 years ago... corrupt corrupt corrupt and money hungry... how sad because I actually recommended them to many

I left this negative feed back below for Beehive advocates about an hour ago. After I left it they called instantly to discuss the issue, I spoke with KC Garner. After explaining my self and how I felt he proceeded to be little me and talk down to me, I did get anger back because of he way he was talking. KC Garner then proceeded to tell me I need anger management classes when he is the one yelling at me. All I can say is stay away.
When I went to beehive to talk they completely sold me I figured I was in great hands no worries. After that first meeting communication was horrible. No one in that office has any people skills what so ever. I have had talked to at least 4 different people during my case which is still open apparently. Went to court everything went smooth, I contacted Beehive about my tax return the said it was no problem I could keep it. Come to find out a week ago that my tax return was being held. No one knows what’s going on and when I call to ask I get attitude. I will not recommend Beehive to anyone I just want to be done with them.

I have read the reviews and thought I would weigh in. I am also a client of Beehive Advocates and filed a bankruptcy in August of 2017. Like Camila I fell behind with my payments but Beehive Advocates allowed me to pay reduced payments. I knew that the agreement for reduced payments was that I did not miss any payments or have any declined payments. So the review from Camila, entitled person who cannot seem to manage her life, states that she had multiple payments declined and then when called on the floor for this got mad and like a whining entitled child leaves a bad review – shame on her.

Beehive Advocates got me a discharge on a huge amount of debt and I am so happy with them it makes me angry when people like Camila do this. My suggestion is look at the overall reviews, and decide for yourself. Everyone at Beehive Advocates did an amazing job.

If I could go into a negative star rating I would. This company is seriously misleading and unfair in their practices. They sent my account to a collections agency for a payment declining. Multiple payments declining even though I’d call and make the payment thereafter. I never once received a notice of my account being delinquent. Which is a huge deal. They’re actually going to reply to this review and go into detail of what happened because they don’t have any respect for their clients or their privacy. Read the reviews. Go to the BBB with their one star rating. Pay attention. They’ll belittle you. Interrupt you while you try and get clarity on the situation. Completely unprofessional. They will never call you if something is wrong with your account. They won’t send you written notices. They’ll do everything in their power to have your account fail so they can send this to a third party collections agency to instantly try and garnish your account. They won’t disclose the name of the collection agency even though by law they are required to send you a written notice of where it’s being sold to or at least have the common decency to let you know where it’s going so you can be informed as a consumer. If I would have paid more of a close attention to the reviews that where made against this place I wouldn’t of have came here. I expect attorneys to be transparent with their clients and if they don’t want to do something like update a payment schedule, then don’t do it. Not do it, and then later throw it in your face to how it was basically useless because your account still went past due because they’ll only go based off the original contract you signed. If you make changes thereafter with their agreement it won’t be valid in their eyes because they don’t provide any sort of written notice to anything. They are a joke and a shady company. Steer clear from these people as they do not respect you as a client or even as a person. They will ask you to write positive reviews in exchange for something. That is not how an honest business gains reviews. Everything they do is for their own interest. Let alone on my actual trustee meeting they sent a completely different attorney then who I had been in contact with. The other person they where representing the day of actually complained this to the attorney there because they didn’t know who he even was. They are all around unorganized, disrespectful, shady, and I wish I could go back in time and find a different firm that has morals.

If I could give more than five stars I would! This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I always have a million questions and we never felt like we were being annoying or a burden. Sally was so great to work with! I plan on telling anyone and everyone about this place! Great work guys!

I experienced probably the worst customer service I can think of in recent years. I read a lot of good reviews but then a few very bad ones, but I decided based on the reviews we'd give them a shot. Upon arriving we were told that we were called multiple times to inform us that the meeting had to be rescheduled. However we were only called once less than an hour before our meeting. We had already left to drive down for our meeting so we missed the one call. Frustrating and unprofessional but that isn't the main problem. Elijah, who was the receptionist was extremely antagonistic. I told him that it was unprofessional to cancel an appointment less than an hour before the meeting, and told them they had lost my business. As we were walking out he thought it was a good idea to say we don't need clients like you and that it wasn't his fault and that I shouldn't swear at him. My wife and I were very shocked, especially since I never swore at him, nor did I blame him for the miscommunication. His retaliatory comments were very antagonistic and insulting. I then told him that he shouldn't be working with the public. I asked to see the office manager but was told they weren't there.
I have trained and hired many employees and trained a few receptionists for my businesses before, their main responsibility is to make the customer feel welcomed and informed, they are the first face of the business. Elijah is extremely lacking in personal skills, and a company who cancels last minute on a prospective client and employs such individuals to represent them does not earn my trust and business. I would give greater credence to the negative reviews than the stacked google generic positive, most likely fake, reviews. In any case it is obvious that you are not important to them as a client, and that they thrive on high volume and low quality service, which is not worth it when you need confidence in your attorney to represent you in an extremely important matter. Luckily we found that out quickly before engaging their services we have since found a much better company and even though slightly more expensive they are very much worth every penny of it. Bottom line don't go cheap if you don't want cheap service.

While veiled in niceties it is only a response to this negative review and they did not seek to reach out to me on that day to explain anything. I was told unapologetically that they were in a meeting not at the hospital. The hospital would very understandable and only after posting my review is this story told. The sum of his response is to call me a liar and overly emotional. At no time did I threaten or swear at Alijah. A video would show this and if there is a video then they are complicit with his inappropriate behavior. The owner takes no responsibility and is only keen to defend themselves and the behavior of Alijah. It is interesting how every negative review is the fault of the reviewer. Alijah must be a relative or personal relation, as most businesses would review and then fire a person from this position. I stand by this review and would council anyone to NOT engage the services of this company.)

Today was an unfortunately sad day for me to find out of the loss of my Tax guy, my honest Financial advisor and the man who made filing Bankruptcy a smooth step by step dignifying experience that did not make me feel bad or ashamed but a future building experience in the Successful direction. Patrick Brown started out as my Bankruptcy attorney who grew into my personal financial tax advisor. Not that I was making or losing a lot of money but I needed a lot of help. Sad to hear about the loss of Patrick however his entire team act with the same principles and have all delivered the same personal attention too the service today provide by Sally. The bankruptcy process was quick and my questions were answered thoroughly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Me and my wife had them as council during are bankruptcy. For the first 8 months we were happy with them always there to help and give council and would and in fact did recommend them to people. Until today!!! I got a text from them telling me that they were withdrawing from my case. So naturally i called them to find out what was going on, like i always do. Andi the "Owner of the best law firm in the state" (depend who you ask) proceeded to yell at me calling me a "dumb-ass" and " an idiot" multiple time and to quit playing "shenanigans" because my payments never clear was the reason he stated he was withdrawing from my case. As you can see from the pictures below that that is simply not true! Sure we are CURRENTLY 2 months behind on paying them because me and my wife are currently going through a situation brought on by the bankruptcy and a loss of income by $4.50 per hour. Andi was asked to stop cussing and calling me names and using UNPROFESSIONAL and IMMORAL language as he was talking to me over the phone and to top it off Andi said as he hung up said ...."quit being a dumb-ass! We are withdrawing from your case MARRY CHRISTMAS!!" and hung up the phone on me. Never in my life would i have thought a attorney, that sure we didn't pay every month ontime but we ALWAYS paid the month we where behind, the month current, and advanced the next month. When i told Andi that i would have the $400 that we were behind on 12/29/17 he said " no you won't because we are withdrawing from your case, your being a dumb-ass and quit playing shenanigans!" this is worse language then i have gotten from bill collectors trying to collect money, at least they don't call you names and use immoral and unprofessional behavior and language. As you can see in the images below the checks always cleared even the $200 automatic withdrawal from my account that I DIDN'T know came out (7/19/17) until today and 2 days before i made a $500 cashier check payment (7/17/17) that was $700 in 3 days of witch $300 would have covered what i was behind and brought me current but in June we paid $100 to previous bill (May) the other $400 should have made us current plus 2 months in advance. Then on the 12/20/17 a payment was taken out of my mother account(was not authorized)and was told by Andi that that money was back in the account (12/21/17)but that was also a lie because the money is not there as of 1:50 pm 12/21/17. Moral of this story if your using them BE CAREFUL they love it when you pay months in advance but if you fall on hard times they wont repay the favor. Andi is unprofessional and immoral with the way he talks to people that owe $400, when you are on hard times he only cares that he gets paid and doesn't care about your situation and the hard times people have in life i mean your in the wrong business because these are the people that file bankruptcy, people that have hard time with money after all with out them you have now business!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NOW!!!!

After only a few minutes talking with him, I felt that he was one of my long lost best friends. They actually cared about how I was doing, did I need any help getting paper work done, and checked on my progress. Sally Purcell was very helpful when I could not get into the Credit Counseling Course and went so far as to call them and get it straightened out for me. I most definitely would recommend them to anyone questioning whether or not to file a bankruptcy. I was so nervous and scared about filing bankruptcy, my payroll checks were starting to be garnished from bills I was unable to pay, people were pounding at my door almost every day and bothering my neighbors to serve me papers about another garnishment that was going to court, my telephone would not stop ringing, I got to the point I almost had a nervous breakdown. The people at Beehive Advocates, especially Patrick, KC and everyone that I have worked put me at ease and made me feel so much better after that first phone call cause they promised it was going to stop and I would have my life back again. They have worked with me on every issue I have had and they even personally sat with me during my court hearing to assure everything went without one problem. It stopped, all of it... There is no way to give a negative rating as far as "Stars" go but in order to post a negative comment I had to select at least one star, there isn't even a half star system! I will NEVER recommend Beehive Advocates to anyone. They waited three weeks after I gave them all of my information to tell me that my income tax had already been prepared on the day that I dropped off my paperwork. I had tried to get a hold of them several times beforehand and always got put through to voicemail, on the day that I did get a hold of someone, they did my taxes while I was on the phone with them, not like he told me that everything had been completed on the day that I dropped the income tax info. He claimed that he had been attempting to get a hold of both my husband and myself and that both of our cell phones were always busy... we both have voicemail he could've left a message on but neither of our voicemails had ANY messages from them. On top of all of this, we received an invoice today expecting payment in full, even though we never signed anything. If you are reading this, AVOID doing business with them altogether. VERY unprofessional and VERY dishonest, they will promise you everything and deliver nothing.
