This is a great place for those in need of help getting your contractor license or setting up a company. The staff is very friendly. You can come in and out as you need. Study at your own pace. I got my B100 and my E100 thank you so much for all your help!

This place is awesome. Despite computers being a little old they get the job done. They have all the knowledge you need to know to get and contractor business up and going. The staff are freaking awesome!

The computers are old and slow, the study material has numerous misspellings and grammatical errors and the facility is shabby. Not a good environment for learning.

This place is outdated and dirty. However they have good systems set up to help you pass whatever licenses you are looking to pass. Some general cleaning and updating would go a long way, the computer systems are from the 1990’s it looks like. The people are friendly and helpful and want you to succeed.

This place is awesome! The curriculum is great and very detailed. The professional licensing process is pretty painful if you try and do it alone and they helped me with every step of the process and made the whole thing easy. The ladies in the office are the best and they couldn't be nicer to work with. Thanks UTCLC!

LOOK SOME PEOPLE LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE OLD COMPUTERS AND THE DIRTY FLOOR,OR COMPLAIN ABOUT A FEW MISS SPELLED WORDS WHO CARES YOU THINK A RED CARPET SHOULD BE ROLLED OUT.THE PLACE IS FINE AND IM SURE THE WOMAN WAS PMS AND LACK OF SEX PLAYED A PART IN REVIEW ITS NOT A HEALTH CLUB IF THE COMPTURES WORK THEN WHY REPLACE THEM .(AT LEAST THERE IS A PLACE TO HELP YOU LAME PEOPLE THINKING THERE SHOULD BE A HOUSE KEEPER FULL TIME WHO CARES

Very helpful, and very invested in giving you everything you need to know before going in to take the test. I found their advice very honest, and applicable! They were very clear and honest on material i needed to purchase and very clear on material i did not need. helped save my time, money, and lots of energy. Thank you very much for the assistance.

To my knowledge, and i might be off on my facts, however i will still state this. This place literally reached out to professors to help them write material and literature that can help assist you in the education process. This place really is the best chance at passing and getting certified for professional licenses. Highly, Highly recommend them over other.
