One word, condescending. Have a little bit more compassion for people when they are coming to you for legal advice. I have never been involved in a legal manner prior, so when I am reaching out for help (especially for a service that I am paying for), I expect to be treated with kindness, patience, and respect. Evertime I contacted the office, the receptionist was short and snooty. I was treated as if I were a burden. While talking with David, I instantly felt belittled by his condescending remarks that were supposedly “advice”.
If you want someone who is going to take you serious and have your best interest at heart, this is not the place.
