Disappointing!! I called yesterday to ask questions about a malpractice lawsuit and was lied to my face by one of the attorneys. She told me that malpractice needs to have a damage so severe that it changed your life and that is a blatant lie. I am currently in a medical law class and the only reason I called was because I researched my daughters case and then decided to call and find out more and was lied to. I know that the 4 elements of negligence are 1. Duty of care, 2. Breach of Duty, 3. Injury/Actual Damages which did occur and have caused more hospital stays and doctors visits which might not be whole life altering but it sure has cost me a lot of money which should never have happened and 4. Causation/Proximate Cause. Don't even waste a phone call on these attorneys. They are not even worth speaking to. I told the attorney I didn't want a recommendation of another attorney because why would I trust someone who lied to my face. I have had 2 doctors and a few nurses tell me to file a malpractice law suit against primary children's hospital due to their negligence and just because there might be some work involved they couldn't even be bothered. Move on and choose someone who will not lie to your face and will actually want to help those who don't have a law degree!!

Every one was really kind and helpful. Going threw something so traumatic you want and need people there for you who you can trust, I definitely trust every one there.

These guys have been amazing since my accident. Through the whole process they have kept me Informed and walked me through the things I didn't know. They even sent me holiday cards which I thought was very nice of them.

I was at first made to feel welcome when I went in for the first consultation and they were taking notes. As time went on I was glad that it was being professionally taken care of. The longer time went on after I was released from physical therapy and the pain and suffering letter had been turned in I wanted to know what was happening. I would've liked to have been kept more in the loop of how things were progressing. Even just a simple email or phone call just to inform me of the progress would've been nice. I went months without hearing, and there were times where I emailed or called several times in a row and still got no answer right away. I know that lawyers are busy but a simple phone call or email only takes a few minutes to take care inbetween things. It would've been nice to have a little more contact than what I did. I can't help what the company's insurance group did or how long it took to get back to the lawyer about what was going on or their decision on things were. But there were times when it seemed like things were taking too long and feet were being dragged. I realize that with this case that they were dealing with two people, and two sets of accident claims for the same accident. But I still could've been kept more informed. They could've been a little more quicker in getting back to the lawyer.
I feel like I should've received just a tad more in the settlement but didn't want to take it to court and have the process dragged out further. I wanted it over and done with. I still have some pain that comes and goes with the weather. But when something is bruised to the bone it doesn't fully ever heal. I'm just glad that I wasn't hurt worse than I was. Good company to use but needs to work a little bit on keeping their clients a little more informed. Grade: B-
