I was quoted a flat rate for small claims case, called back a day later and was quoted much more money and Terrell refused to honor his first quote. I really liked everything they had done up to this point, but going back on your quote is unacceptable.
UPDATE:
I immediately got a call after I posted the above review, explained that I (legally) record my calls and that his quote was recorded. He requested the recording to which I obliged merely out of the goodness of my heart, he then called me back and offered to do the rate he originally had said but asked me to remove this review. After declining his representation and telling him that I would leave this review up, he then tells me "I'm going to SUE YOU!" repeatedly to which I reply that I do not want to hear from him anymore. Work with him at your own risk. I would never work with this firm after this experience of leaving an honest review, providing evidence that my review is accurate at no obligation on my part and then hearing threats to sue me over it.

Great Company, willing to listen and answer my questions. I would recomend them to anyone!
