I received a mailing to my deceased father from his unethical man entitled "Five Ways Modern Grave Robbers hurt your family" at CHRISTMAS! What kind of person sends this letter to DECEASED people that their grieving families will get at the HOLIDAYS? He does not do his research on who is on his mailing list and if he does, he is that much more greedy! We would never use this man for anything, not even taking out the trash!!!!! Unethical and greedy!

I attended a seminar that Mr. Hawkins offered about how to prepare for death. It was a great presentation, very informative and I feel more confident in my knowledge of the necessary documents needed and why they are needed. He reviewed our existing Trust at no cost and while it was a bit outdated, he advised us that updating it was not necessary. He is knowledgeable and I believe showed great integrity.

Greg Hawkins has been our family attorney for over 30 years. He did a family trust for us taking all aspects of our situation in to account. I appreciate that he is honest and knowledgeable. We appreciate his integrity and the fact that we can trust him with our most important decisions.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Greg Hawkins for over 40 years in a number of different capacities. I have always found him to be a man of integrity in my dealings with him, business or personal. Based on my personal experience I would have no concern with highly recommending him to anyone.

I really wanted to have this be a good experience. I tried everything in my power to make this relationship work. I did everything that was asked of me as the customer. This was my father's lawyer and he made getting the will impossible. He told me I needed to get permission from the wife to get a copy of the will, I got that for him, and he said that I "wouldnt want to pay him" and that he charges $500 an hour to email a will. I even have an email from my father before he passed, letting me know to get in contact with him. My father just died and he never once said "I am sorry for your loss" or "What can I do to help, I know this is a terrible situation." Instead I had to call and text multiple times to get any response and when I did they were cold, heartless answers through text. He said, "You'll have to get it from his wife" because you wont pay me. How would he even know if we would pay him or not, he had never even met us. My father and his wife had already paid him of course to draft the will and trusts, it is his responsibility as a human to distribute those and also show kindness to the family. All he had to do was an attach a document in email or have me come pick it up. I would have been happy to pay him a fee to print or email it. Even when he was informed my father, his client, was in coma, he didn't show one bit of sadness or empathy. Same with when he passed away. I just have no idea how you can stay in business treating clients families that way. I really expected him to be a friendly, helpful lawyer, but instead he ended up making a terrible situation even worse.

By FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gregory Hawkins charged us to set up a family trust with the promise we could make revisions to the trust when needed at no extra cost. Revisions are not something that happen often, mostly when your family grows such as adding new children to your family trust or you accumulate new valuable assets you would like added into the trust. These revisions are obviously important and one of the primary reasons you set up a family trust in the first place. Once Gregory takes your money, he never calls you back when needed to make further revisions in the future as he promises. The worst thing is I know of other associates of mine who also used Gregory Hawkins to set up their family trusts and they have also never received a call back when they wanted to make revisions. One associate of mine even decided to pay another attorney to set up a brand new trust all over again costing him now double in expenses simply because was tired of trying to get in contact with Gregory Hawkins. I will not be utilizing Gregory's services ever again.

Mr. Hawkins is a very knowledgeable person about Wills and Trusts. We are so grateful to him for helping us get ours in order. We had special interests to address and he took care of all the things we needed at a very reasonable price. Thank You so much Greg
