I was injured on the job and discussed the case with a lawyer at the salt lake location. The attorney took my case and was soon after let go or left the firm. I was left a very polite message from the head of the firm. Assuring me they would take care of the case ASAP and would be back to me in a week. No call, I called them they told me two weeks they were busy. 3 weeks pass I’m tossed from lawyer to lawyer all telling me “it’s just going to be a little longer” 3 months later and they had not done a thing. Today I called to check on what was going on and yet another new lawyer was saying he had my case but they had not taken any action. They asked me why my lawyer previously wrote personal notes for the case file. Then put it on me that I didn’t provide them with information they did not request. ( I did provide the requested information on the very first day). They then, both the lead attorney and who ever they tossed my case to started giving me hypotheticals that were exact to my information provided. The lead said and I quote “ we would be happy to take action on your case, so we will send you an email stating we will no longer be handling your case” and referred me to lawyers I could call. Finger pointing, lack of tracking cases, ( I was told the lawyer had to take on my previous ones work and had 400! Cases to handle. 400! I spoke to one of the lawyers they referred me to and the guy laughed shortly when I told him who referred me. Not a great feeling to hear another lawyer laugh hearing they took my case. He stated they probably had no idea how to approach my case. They are extremely disorganized and I wonder how many people they are doing this to who put trust in them for issues like mine and more.

Awesome is all I have to say... made the call to these guys and got all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
