I am a single mom. Because of Ms Preston's no-nonsense-don't trifle-with-me-approach, I was able to successfully protect - as well as - adopt my grandchildren. She gave us a voice in safe-guarding the children against an abusive parent.

She and her staff were always professional in accommodating our needs during this highly vulnerable process.
