A friend and myself went to Walmart and my friend ended up taking a few items without paying, I was angry that he was going to do that and walked away. (I told Mr Nash this) Of course Walmart security was on top of it and charged both of us with retail theft... I don't believe Mr. Nash was prepared for my case at all. My friend who actually stole (who Mr. Nash also defended) got a lesser sentence than I did. I don’t believe that he wanted to defend me as my charge was retail theft and I personally didn’t take anything. I think if Mr. Nash had listened to me he would have made a better plan for my entire case as I truly believe it would have been dropped. I want to appeal this case bec now retail theft is on my record and I'm paying thousands of dollars currently to go to school. Now this retail theft may haunt me later in life even though I’m innocent of the crime. I'm really upset with the outcome and I want to appeal but I don't have the money to pay for another public defender (I didn’t know a court appointed public defender was $200?). I believe I had almost 5 minutes of consultation with Mr. Nash, this was my first offense, I had no idea what I was doing so when he said "just plea guilty and I'll take care of it," I believed he would have my best interests in mind.... Maybe he was having a bad day or something but I don't feel that Adam Nash cared at all about me or my case and now my financial and mental states are worse off for it.

I'm very grateful for Brandon Larsen for being there for my case. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have a second chance. Thank you very much.

I was represented by Nash and he lied to me. I could've won my case in a simple assault back in 2009. Nash steam rolled me and I never got a fair trial nor did I get an appeal once I took his plea agreement he never called me back and we never worked on my appeal. Never take his business because he is a thief.
Just found out that if I can prove malfeasance nash can be disbarred. Wouldnt hurt to try. Gotta keep these scumbags out of the courthouse and behind bars
