When I seen a 5.0 rating, I had to say something. By far not even close to my experience. He's to busy for a case like mine. Always on vacation or at the hospital. Smph! UPDATE: Very next morning after the previous review got a call from his secretary asking if I want to come in and meet with him and if I wanted him to come to any meetings. I'm supposed to have a right to a lawyer to be present. My lawyer. Well I said yes. Went to appt. Talked for about a half hour or less and all he did was give me a link to a website. He did show up to the next meeting. He's skipped out on every single one after. His latest excuse was that there was a car accident. That had nothing to do with him, so he couldn't make it. A year and 4 months and I still don't know my rights. However, Im finding other ways to deal with things. He doesn't care though because he doesn't believe in Justice for all of equal treatment or even listening. Things are gonna change. As hard as it is I'm still holding my head up and standing tall in my own power. I'm stronger then he thinks. Then they think. We'll see how it goes

Jason is a fantastic attorney. His work for us has been excellent in every respect. I've been impressed by his preparation, his mastery of the law, and his knowledge of the process. He listens extremely well to our concerns and thoughts and has always given wise counsel and ideas.
What perhaps sets Jason apart, however, is his kindness and empathy. From the moment we began working with him, I have consistently felt that he cares for our family and our needs. We aren't just a client; rather, we are friends that he is helping.
It is also interesting to observe how he is regarded by others around the courthouse who work with him. From the judges to the bailiffs, and especially among the other attorneys--everyone seems to know him on a first name basis and greet him with a smile. Clearly he has earned their respect and friendship. He is a high character person and I am thankful that he represents us.

This lawyer is a joke. He stole my money, charge me 1500 dls for a counter petition. He didn’t even let me sign because he waited until the last day to file my petition. He’s very sweet and acts like he cares when you go talk to him and expose your case for the first time. He offers a free consultation but at the end he charges for it. Once he has your money you can’t even get a hold of him. Talking to him is impossible and you are left to wonder about your case. He assistant is too lazy to pick up the phone and call about your case, instead she uses her personal phone to message you and when you try to use this number for anything she gets upset. In my case he had to lie and make up stuff to keep 1500 dls of the reteiner fee that I paid for my case. What kind of human being would steal money like that.
Jason is an Amazing Attorney!! He always goes above and beyond to do all he can to get your case taken care of. He always kept me updated on my case I never had to wonder if things were being taken care of. I would recommend him to Anyone. He truly cares and wants to help you.

In less than 3 weeks time, Jason was able to stop the insanity of a Utah company trying to take advantage of my frail aging parents. He recovered 100 percent of a sizable high pressure sale. He restored peace to our lives. There are some things that you just can’t do yourself. Contact Jason and sleep peacefully at night. Thanks Jason.

I have had the opportunity to work with Jason Richards for the last 5 years in a court setting. Jason has proven time and time again a devout care and interest in the protection of the rights of his clients. Jason is very thorough and helps his clientele understand the case from multiple perspectives and provides a broad view of the process from beginning to end. He has an above average knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and fights hard for his clients. I have used his services in a civil case against a company whom withheld a cash refund from my grandmother after the passing of her husband. Jason was able to resolve the dispute without ever having to file a petition with the court. I will definitely use his services in the future if need be.

Jason was my attorney on a case that lasted over a year! He was SO amazing to work with! While my other half's attorney rarely responded to emails or phone calls, Jason was quick to respond to the MANY emails that I sent him with questions, venting frustrations and strategies. He never once made me feel like I was wasting his time or being annoying (and I mean, there were A LOT of emails I sent to him!) Great attorney and I would HIGHLY recommend him!

Jason is a very empathetic attorney. He is modern, and responds to emails, even at 11pm. If you work with him, he spends hours of his free time or family time responding to emails you send. He made my humbling situation feel like an every day event. He got me everything I was hoping for. He even advised me with no charge on another legal situation via email. He is the best at what he does. I know it's embarrassing when you need to contact a bankruptcy lawyer, but Jason makes you feel like family when he represents you. I will forever owe him for his free time emails and assurance of what I was going through.
Thanks again Jason,
You are the best at what you do for sure

Jason is a very kind empathetic attorney. He did an outstanding job for me, being recently divorced, Jason was able to help me take care of some financial issues by filing a Ch. 13. Although, I felt humiliated and embarrassed by the whole process, Jason made me feel like this was a way to help me get back on my feet financially. I appreciate Jason and his integrity, he does what he says he will do. I would highly recommend Jason and will use him again for any other legal matters in the future.
