My siblings and I who are all US citizens learned that we have legal right to obtain German naturalization due to my mother being expelled from Germany during the holocaust. The law specifically is jus sanguine. We attempted multiple times to obtain the necessary documentation, but it was extremely difficult so we decided we wanted a lawyer to assist us. After receiving high quotes from various sources, we sought a German lawyer specifically who quoted a very reasonable rate. Martin Weinhardt took our case and within four to five months acquired all necessary documents in order to fulfill being able to obtain German naturalization. Martin communicated regularly with updates on status and answered many of my questions. I highly recommend Martin should you need anything pertaining to German law.
