William R. Rawlings & Associates is a class act. I had fallen on a sidewalk last April resulting in a concussion and broken nose. I contacted this firm and they were able to resolve the case in a very timely manner. Their experience speaks for itself. Mr. Rawlings handled my case very professional and without a flaw. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't called William Rawlings & Associates after my accident, I had no idea what needed to be done to take care of the medical bills and deal with the insurance companies... I was really hurt and stressed and they took care of everything. Brent Rawlings drove out to my house and walked me through everything, he was so kind and patient. Here's the reason behind the review. I have been working with them for little over a year. Now the case is said to be done with and there is nothing left after cost you know I understand that, but here's the thing. So most of the time when I was told that they would get back to me in a week that never happened I always had to call in to figure out what was going on, the the process of waiting around would happen again, this could last up to 3 weeks. Also was told there would be something left so don't worry about the emergency room bill you'll be able to pay it....well no I can't, so now I have that looming over my head as a personal debt not part of the accident. Now here I sit with no money, jobless cause this accident ripped me out of my career and i'm still not well enough to go back to work in my career. So now here I sit trying to retrain into something else, thinking that it might be easier to just give up. Just my 2 cents

Choose William R. Rawlings & Associates first! My wife and I were rear-ended badly while she was pregnant. She went from running 2-3 miles per day to being bedridden (literally not able to get out of bed) for about 2 weeks. Our fist attorney we liked, but I felt he was missing how my wife and I felt. So as I looked around and met with this firm, I could tell it was a whole other level of understanding and compassion. We switched firms and I don't think i have ever made such a wise decision... Great experience, great staff. Always kept in touch with me. The Firm uses the "team" approach so there was always someone available to help me.
