Steve Wall is very knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. I was in a panic regarding my legal needs and Steve brought me back down to earth, listened, responded so I knew he listened, and organized our case. My family and I were greeted professionally at their office and I was greeted professionally and assisted each time I called. Steve is very busy but returns calls when he says he will. I trust this office.

Changing my review, as I worked with this law firm more (Greg) into my child custody case, they were not returning phone calls or emails. Then out of the blue I got a bill stating all these emails and small phone calls that never happened... So I tried to call and talk to them about the bill but guess what... They never answered or returned my phone calls. After 3 attempts I gave up and went to another law firm. 2 months of no contact I get an email from Greg stating I owe $1600 and I have a few days to pay it before they sue me or send me to a collection agency, he didn't even attach an invoice... I called and the receptionist could not explain the bill as she didn't know what was going on, she told me Greg would call me back... Yeah I don't have 2 weeks to wait for his phone call, so I paid the bill just to be done with this place, RUN don't walk away from this place. Way better lawyers elsewhere who are willing to help you and answer your phone calls and emails within the same day. If you want high priced, slow lawyers, you found your law firm.

ABSOLUTELY NO LOYALTY. I was young, about 20 years old. I was working for a company called TKJ-LLC. While their I was under a government code of coduct where if I suspected any abuse, maltreatment, harrasment, or assault to report it to the company. I did report it to the company, they then swept it under the rug and quietly wrongfully terminated me. after a couple months I found out that they did not fire the man who was abusing a mentally disabled man. Thats when I contacted Wall & Wall attorneys. I was recommended them through the Utah state Bar to handle this kind of case. One of the Attorneys their (the name slips since its been 4 years) had promised me that if I paid him $100.00 he would request for the paper work to prove my claim, I did have solid evidence through a private conversation with the Coworker and his girlfriend talking about the abuse, and believed that was enough and it was going to be something they could handle, and he would take my case. he then hustled me out of a $100.00 and claimed that he never said he would take my case if I gave him that, since at the time I did have solid evidence through a private conversation with the Coworker and his girlfriend talking about the abuse. that he would only get my paperwork. I could have done that myself. I was never gonna pay him to be a middle man. Despite all this it has been 4 years. and I am only writing this review because I recalled the terrible expirience I had with them. and how they hustled a young kid just trying to protect his own career and also a mentally disabled man that was being beaten. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THESE PEOPLE. PERIOD.

If I could give no stars I would. The attorney at the trial was not the same person we met with previous to the case. Either no information was shared between lawyers and/or the attorney at the trial was incredibly incompetent because the trial went so poorly. I would trust my case more to a mosquito (at least that bloodsucking parasite only takes your blood)

By far the worst lawyers I’ve ever felt with. I paid My retainer and we barely spoke went to court a few times and all Corey did was talk to my ex wife and then do exactly what she wanted he never fought for my rights as a father at all. After i fired Him he came up with some 700 dollar bogus charge saying he did all this work. He literally did nothing. 10/10 would not recommend..

I would Say what i wanted Him to do and he would go talk to my ex wife and then just agree with her and that’s what he would basically make happen. I have worked with Ashley Miller, she is a paralegal and she was incredible, very professional and thorough. I had to get an attorney to help with some paternity issues. She was quick and responsive and very pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable and made the situation to file through the courts really easy.

I felt very frustrated with this process. My attorney left me unanswered for 4 months because he didn't feel like I gave him enough direction. Rather than guide me through the process. Deadlines weren't met and expectations weren't clear. Things in life change and with a process like this emotions run high and sometimes the division of assets and timing changes. In the end I have papers that are mostly done but need corrections. I was billed for time to correct mistakes that were things like misspelled names, incorrect grammar and incorrect counties. I now have no attorney and no trust in this business.

My husband and I met with Steven Wall because he was one of the few family/divorce attorneys in the area that offered a free consultation; we later found out that he is part of the Father's Advocates of Utah (which was most likely the ultimate deciding factor).

After consulting with him about our case, we felt confident that we wanted to have him back us when we started the long journey to gain and finalize custody of my (step) daughter. This was a typical "you get what you pay for" scenario, and completely worth every cent - don't be fooled by 'Liar, Liar' and 'The Santa Clause,' custody "battles" are exactly that, and you need to be prepared for what you're getting into. They don't remedy themselves overnight if you're at the point where you're considering an attorney.

Civil cases are long, grueling and drawn out processes, especially for those that are first timers and don't have any idea what to do or where to go. Steven was great to work with and provided 100% blunt and truthful advice and direction regarding our case. He called whenever something changed and didn't just send an email, when the temporary and final orders were done.

If you need a family/divorce attorney that will be honest, genuine, empathetic and kind, Steven is amazing. I write emails, i leave messages and no one returns my call! They have ruined my case by taking so long. Ashley, a paralegal at Wall & Wall, is a life saver. I had a court date in Carbon County to release an out of state bond I had. It was on the same day I was out of town. The court told me if I missed the court date that I would forfeit my $2,500 bond. The court clerk told me to file a motion to change the date or dismiss it. I had NO CLUE how to file a motion. Attorney Nate Wall is the guy you want fighting for you. Nate bailed me out of a bad spot. I initially went with the free attorney from a service offered by my employer. Big mistake. Steven Wall is very knowledgeable and took a balanced and thoughtful approach to my case. In court, he is incredible and if you think that's where your case is headed, he will be the advocate you need. It's tough being a male in Utah going through a divorce, but Steve made sure I was heard and that my rights as a father were honored. Nobody wins in divorce, but I feel my outcome was optimal due to his work. You will find cheaper attorney's, but he's worth it. If you are organized, he will let you save some money (or a lot in my case) by you doing a lot of the background work. In the end, he protected my assets, made sure my father's rights were kept intact, and even won a counter-suit to get my legal expenses back when a baseless appeal was entered.

Took my money and then forgot everything. Couldn't even get anyone's name right at trial, even mine. After days spent in their office going over my case with 3 of the Walls, they acted like they had never seen anything before. They have me bad advice on returning my kids to her after she just left then with me and didn't return when there were no orders in place yet. she got temporary custody 3 days later because the judge asked who they were with right then and have her custody. If I had kept them against the Walls advice, I would have my kids instead of her.
