Margarita Vienneau took care of our property that needed to go through probate. My Uncles and I went to her for legal help, and she was very upfront and honest about the entire process. Her communication was fantastic, and anytime we ran into something she called us right away to give us our options. Probate in general can be a headache, but she really knew what she was doing and made the process smooth and got the title changed over quickly so we can get the house on the market. We will be using her again if we ever need any legal action taken. Very happy and highly recommend if you need any legal help!

Margarite is amazing and her team is very flexible, understanding, and above all patient! I know my mother's trust took a lot of effort from their team and patience during the process. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, great people and amazing legal work and support!
Fantastic staff and Sandra was a miracle in dealing with my mother's social security case

After my uncle's death, I found out I am the executrix for my uncle's Trust account. My uncle trusted Sandra Clark and her staff for putting together the details of the Trust accounts. The situation before his death made for a very complicated case. I understand Estate law can be quite complex (and we were somewhat prepared for that), but this law office in general was unorganized (I have had to email and re-email documents multiple times -- I live on the east coast), and slow to reply. Maybe the office is understaffed. Not sure. Our case is finally done. I felt that it could have gone much better with thorough communication, and direction. Important lesson I learned after going through this is have a trust account that includes all of what you own.

Guy practically laughed me out of the office. He said no lawyer could win my case cause any judge would dictate that I am merely a, "Struggling single-mom, looking for a handout." I was so discouraged when I left. There's ways to politely let someone down, with tact. Perhaps encourage me in another direction, or at least bestow some advice as to other avenues or demonstrate compassion. It was not a consultation, rather a speech about how he feels I am not disabled. If I could have a re-do, I would tell him, "So basically you're not competent enough to take my case, and this makes you feel insecure, so you cope with this by berating me." For those of you with a hard-to-prove case, go else where and spare yourself the discouraging speech. Lord knows we are already disheartened enough with our ailment.

Bob Campbell I hired for a special needs trust issue and he went to court and won me over $200,000 dollars. He is bright and very professional. He restored my faith in attorneys! Don't think for an instant that because he works in a small city that he can't pack a big punch when you need it to win a case the most. Highly recommend!

This firm took care of my patient and when she passes everything will be in order. Their attention to detail and her personal feelings were always met with a smile and a 'can do' attitude... Great work !!!
