Update:
The main lawyer ended up calling me back. That alone, at least from my point of view earned the firm some points back . Not only did he call me back but he gave me some very useful information regarding my case .

If your case is complicated and not a run-of-the-mill bean counter slam dunk case this firm is not one I would recommend . They won't even commit in providing the decency to call you back to let you know whether or not they're interested in your case. I should have expected such an outcome from the get-go based on the fact it took about five minutes for for the guy to get my basic information like my name and contact info down. I'm not trying to be mean but the guy I was overwhelmed and needed to run it by his boss. I evenn simply asked" well whatever your boss decides could you at least call me and let me know what you guys would be interested in taking this. His response was I don't know I guess I could try. If they don't have the proper work etiquette work ethic and discipline to at least follow through on a dispo call I certainly wouldn't want them to be my legal representation in any serious matter. God forbid they might have to work for their money. Now in all fairness I never did get to talk to the managing partner or head attorney. However this is some what the result of putting someone so incompetent in charge of representing your firm.
