Lied to me about my bills would be paid at Medicare rate and going on two years later still haven't been sent one bill at Medicare rates...my suggestion is tape the conversation or pick another attorney.

I was very fortunate to have a gentlemen give me the Business card for Wells Law. He was upset that the insurance company was ignoring my doctors concerns for my situation and delaying surgery.

I had my first appointment with Howard Wells. He assured me that I did have a reason to be concerned over the delay and they would be happy to help me. Both Jason and Howard have handled my case with upmost respect for me and my situation.

Workman’s comp can be very confusing with the paperwork they send. They appear to be intimidating and not necessarily on the injured workers side. A lengthy 3 year process went by and it is getting to be towards the end of my case. I stopped by Wells Law office to get a opinion and guidance with the settlement offer. Jason took me right in after meeting with another gentleman, not having a clue who I was or ever seeing me before he gave me great advise and pointed me in the best direction I didn’t even know existed.
