This "lawyer" first sent the incorrect paperwork, which shouldn't have happened, given her field of expertise. After I corrected that and got her to produce the correct paperwork, she somehow "forgot" to mail the paperwork to CalPers before leaving on an extended vacation, thus delaying my community property transfer even longer than the first mistake did. She has put back my community property transfer months behind, which is screwing up my finances. I am going to file a formal complaint with the bar association. Stay FAR AWAY from this crappy "lawyer." She either has no clue what she's doing, or she's just a lazy flake. Take your pick. Just don't hire her.
