mike weber was a great lawyer to work with through this process. there were no realtors involved - so it was a bit confusing at times. he protected our interest at all times- and made sure to point out issues that could come back to haunt us in the future. i will say that he seemed a little mia at times. though, i sense that was bc he knew how the process worked, and we did not. the only thing i would have appreciated was insight into his thoughts at certain points. all in all, he made sure we closed on our proposed closing date- that was in spite of quite a bit of confusion surrounding the date, and the fact that the other party's lawyer seemed to not be quite ready yet. mike weber and his team handled every obstacle with ease. i recommend this team to anyone.

Coming form the UK and being a first time buyer, I had no idea what was involved in the closing process in New Jersey. All I knew is that I wanted the house and I had 30 days to close. I contacted them regarding a lease purchase contract.
Took days for him to even review my info, that us after he demanded a upfront retainer.
Finally he said he didnt understand what I wanted to do. He really didnt read my email. So I called him to explain.....
Make a long story short, after 10 days of back and fort he emailed me my contract.
But guess what? ....
I noticed lots if mistakes then i realized he just used a standard contract he had, but he forgot to change to info.
He had the buyer name and address wrong.
Worse of all he even had the subject property wrong.

The only good thing they did was to refund my money.

Michael Weber is my lawyer in the purchase of a condo. After two horrible experiences with two other lawyers I had a break finding Michael Weber. His price is reasonable totally reachable UNLIKE most lawyers that have you dealing at all times with a paralegal . Due to his advice and guidance I am about to get a refund from my previous deal that went down and lawyer took deposit for tittle search. He is on top of the game and really looks after his client interest. I must say is quite a miracle to find such a lawyer that truly cares and doesn’t have the authoritative diminishing tone as many others have. If there was an option for 10 stars he would get 11 .
