Rude receptionist

Particularly one, didn't help at all, really screwed me., as for the rest of the staff, don't know. Wish I did!!!!

I contacted this legal service for a landlord tenet dispute, I really could have solved the problem on my own but I just wanted a professional point of view, that was a waste of time, I could have got that information on the internet. They sent me a letter stating that they were going to close my case but they filed it under a completely different code that didn't pertain to my issue, I spoke to the managing attorney at the toms river office, and asked her to file the letter under the correct code because I needed it for future reference, she gave me the number to call the supervisor for the intake department , he told me he would correct it, I waited a month and called the supervisor at the toms river office, and she tells me it will remain as is, this is the most unprofessional legal service I ever dealth with, I regret making the call, now I have file a complaint against them.

Absolutely Rude intake people answering the phones. They speak over you and tell you that your wrong. Not a nice phone conversation for someone looking for legal advice to make sure I’m not being screwed. Thumbs Down

Mr. Moskowitz is fantastic. The secretary is very good. If they transfer you to the Trenton office, there is a very nasty nasty Broad so thinks she runs the show. Don't let them transfer you try to deal local. This woman needs to go work at McDonald's she is absolutely pathetic and racially biased door. But Mr Moskowitz and the folks in Atlantic City or a gem

Got legal help without paying nothing

Impossible to get in touch with the attorney they assigned me, no communication from him at all. I pretty much never heard back from him even though they officially took my case.

I have been trying to get a legal issue resolved for almost 3 weeks now. Ms. Emmanuel has continued to push off my case saying that she can not help me and that I can take care of this issue myself.
I would like to get my case resolved ASAP!!!!
