I was very disappointed with Miss Moriarty. She never returned my phone calls though my messaged was "relayed to her" according to the receptionist. She did not respond to my email and never responded to a letter that was hand delivered to the receptionist. Her total lack of concern for her elderly client's funeral arrangement (who was dying) was the subject at hand. I was the POA and couldn't believe her lack of professionalism.
This was very unsettle-ling at a difficult time.
