I had to use John services recently with a neighbor dispute at my shore property. Like the old adage says, “you get what you pay for.” Highly recommended. I will tell you this much, John and I have spent a lot of time together and I have never seen anyone more passionate and hard working than him. I was facing serious serious prison time and lots of money in fines and court cost. Well I spent no time in prison and I served 3 years probation and that's it..... Mr. Tumelty has truly been an angel sent to me and my family from God. I was facing a very difficult and complex criminal matter. Mr. Tumelty spent an ample amount of time with me, and my family to go over all the details. Whenever I called him, he spent all the time needed to go over all the details. Whenever I met him, he never rushed the meeting one bit. In fact, I had several meetings with him on the phone and in person which lasted for over an hour.
