Mr. Cohen made filling out the forms very easy with notes explaining what was needed. But at the interview we were blindsided by something we filled out wrong long before we met Mr. Cohen.
With his 30 years EXPERIENCE, ‘M.R.’ KNEW our Immigration Officer and persuaded her not to deny our case! If ‘M.R.’ wasn’t there, things would have ended terribly. This is where his 30 years experience is SO valuable. IF YOU WANT THE BEST, ask ‘M.R.’ if he’ll represent you!
We really like M.R. Cohen... very good service, easy to communicate with. No BS.
Got us approved w\o any problems.
I needed an immigration lawyer for my Fiancé's Visa application to come to the U.S. We tried to file by ourselves but our application kept getting returned on technicalities! We gave up and looked for an immigration attorney who really knows how to file Fiancé applications-- we found not all do.
Finally we found M.R. Cohen, Esquire... we had heard some call him the 'King of Fiancé Visas'. He really knew how to do everything and it seemed like he'd done a million!
Within 60 days my fiancé was here and Mr. Cohen had already prepared the 2nd step in the procedure which we filed on THE DAY AFTER WE MARRIED! 9 weeks later we went for our interview with Mr. Cohen. It seemed like everybody at the immigration office knew him on a first name basis... he had already gotten us my husband's work authorization and we were quickly approved.
Would we recommend M.R. Cohen? Only if you want the "King of Fiancé Visas"!
Very easy going, answers his own phone and doesn't mind answering repeated emails (without charge! --not out to nickel and dime you!).
