This Law Office was absolutely great. Nothing Short of a miracle, that they had my DUI dropped (along with a list of unfair other charges). I got 3 months suspension, and a year disposition for the other charges. I was preparing for at least a years suspension (and I talked to everyone including a ton of lawyers who wanted 10 grand plus who said the minimum would 6 months with representation). I am amazed, surprised and most of all extremely grateful I found Mr. Shugar, and his entire Office, all of whom were extremely helpful. The communication was great. I was a nervous wreck and I wouldn’t stop hassling them with questions and concerns. They never turned me down. If it seems like they are ignoring you just give it time because they are busy but they listen to everything you say/ask etc.. I feel like a poster boy for them lol but I’m not I really am just very grateful. I would recommend Shugar law office to Anyone who needs an attorney, don’t make the mistake I almost did of thinking a more expensive lawyer is better. Me Shugar I’m my opinion has a passion for his work and just really enjoys being able to do great work. They worked so hard on my case and I doubt another law office would have went to that extent. Mr. Shugar is one of the most smart efficient and effective lawyers I have ever used. When I had a moving violation he not only helped me with the paperwork but got all the points reduced. Furthermore, when I needed other legal work he was timely, extremely insightful and solved all our issues in the most positive way. Top notch and professional! She did a great job with my case. I was pulled over by the state police, long story short I was arrested for
1) DUI of alcohol or drugs ( 100% sober. I can honestly say I was innocent I did absolutely nothing wrong and was not under the influence of anything. )

2)reckless driving. ( I DID NOT drive recklessly)

3)careless driving ( I DID NOT drive carelessly

4)failure to maintaining tailight. ("Reason why I was pulled over in the first place.)

All said and done had to pay $54.00 fine for tail-light and other charges were dropped.

Got 3 traffic tickets and after seeing how many points it would of been. The decision to lawyer up was the best route. The process is easy and fast. You dont need to worry about much as everything is taken care of.

After coming to an agreement on the initial fee for his services and explaining my case, he told me the fee I would have to pay the court. I read some reviews mentioning unexplained additional fees come court time which made me nervous, but that wasn’t the case. On court day, I met with a team member, explained my case, got up in front of the judge and heard the exact same aforementioned fee. Shugar law stuck to their word as far as I am concerned. They fought hard to get my case reduced to the minimal penalty- and the largest offense thrown out! For my own discretion I won’t mention what the offense was but it is one you DO NOT want on your record and is NOT easy to get removed. But they did! Wafa was the one who represented me and she was very informative and made me feel at ease through the process. She was upfront and honest about my options and clear about her advice on the matter. Such a painless process. Cannot thank you enough Shugar law!! Would use again for any other legal matter.
