Had a phone interview with Jeff horn who told me it sounds like my case was an open and closed case. He had me come into the office with my paper work and again he told me this is open and closed case and it would be $3500 to take on the case . I had called 3 weeks later to see if the motion was fifed yet, I was told not yet but soon he was to file . a week later one of his associated called for more info and I provide all the same info as before. then to my surprise I was told a week later it was "best not to file" and was charged $900 for doing nothing. If this was the case then why wasn't a told different when I had came into the office. I had requested for Mr. Horn to call me and had called back 3 time and I am still awaiting the call.

Mr. Horn and his staff have always been very helpful and efficient. Mr. Horn assisted with our family matter many years ago and he was fanastic.
