As a citizen of this I expected them to hear me like it did before however I had a person ask me a question that should not have been like what is my disability when it doesn't matter when I'm just disable

Incredibly helpful, patient and thorough. More than once they helped me to solve my landlord injustices. If i ever need legal help again I'll definitely be back. God willing, I won't need to though ☺

Very helpful with questions and their adoption policy/procedure is straightforward and simple but shows they care about avoiding the animals being adopted by people who CANT take care of them and would bring them back
