Weiss & Paarz is an absolute terror to deal with when it comes to needing a representative to aid you through this most difficult of times. Do not even think about being able to speak directly to an attorney during the process, you are relegated to speaking with a glorified secretary who does not show any compassion whatsoever for your case.
I had to keep calling the firm every few weeks to see what was going on with my father’s wrongful death case and each time I kept getting the same response from the secretary, “I was just about to reach out to you”, oh yeah sure you were! I finally had enough and instructed this joke of a firm to send me back all my father’s documents and I would contact someone who actually had compassion and respect for my matter. Steer clear!
