During the second purchase of business with them, they were very untimely and consequently delayed the closing by weeks. Also, poor communication with us as well as the sellers attorney. All legal issues relative to all contracts (purchase agreement and lease assignment, etc.) were handled well. Untimely review and weak communication resulted in a substandard experience. We discussed our concerns after the purchase and will continue to use R.C. Shea law firm.
