We unfortunately hired Mr Howard on a case with PPL . After he took $10000.00 from us Jo failed to to show up for court. How ever the judge gave us an extension . So again Joe filled us with promises but when court date came He NEVER SHOWED UP. He cost us over $40000.00 To this day he never returned ANY OF OUR MONEY.... Worst ATTORNEY YOU COULD HIRE"
