Not very good communication

I called earlier and spoke to kary to get advice on what I could do about my situation. She was very rude , didn't want to hear what I had to say. And the only thing she could say is our lawyers aren't representing anyone we can file a complaint and what do you want me to do very rudely. All I called for was to get advice and to better understand my case. I tried to explain to that I didn't feel safe doing that because they would physically come after me. She got more irate with me. this place doesn't help and will only make you feel more unsafe

Never answer the phone

The woman that answers the phone is RUDE, i know it’s the attorney general’s office so they may think they can speak however they want to whomever but she needs some customer service classes!

They just wanted to put me off to other departments before they did there job
