Due to his response to a question I posted on Avvo (great site), my fiancee called for a consultation. She did research for about 2 hours on him and looked at other attorneys. In the end he held the best ratings and had the most experience in debt collections help. He actually was the one to answer the phone call unlike other places that you usually have to talk to someone else then schedule a time. He consulted us right away. Even if we had to wait. It would be worth it. He took his time and listen. Gave us helpful information and he continued to speak with us even after his office time was closed. Depending on what route we take with our case. We may or may not need him at the moment. However, if we do or ever run into a case in the future we will be contacting him first. Very nice guy. Well worth contacting him. I can't thank Mr Rubin enough for what he's done for me. After being sued by a third party debt buyer, I was stressed and overwhelmed.
