Zach is an incredibly responsive, on top of it kind of guy. I had a low level DUI after falling asleep at a redlight at 3am. I had a ABV of .103, just three thousandths over the limit to lose your license for the 2 month minimum, usually. With Zach's guidance I was able to get my community service I would be sentenced to done ahead of time (this helped later on), I had an idea of my court costs so I could pay on court day (which cut my probation time in half, which I didn't read anywhere that that was an option), and he was first in line of all the lawyers there (like 2 dozen of them for different people) to talk to the DA's people, and as a result of all that he was able to lower my ABV from .103 to .096 on the record. Please note this is VERY uncommon, but being an optimistic lawyer, he worked with me to shoot for it since he saw the chance was available (which, again, it almost never is). I'm pretty sure I was the only person walking out of the court room of 3 dozen people that did not face losing my license. I never even had to tell my job unecessarily as a result. He was even able to talk to my arresting officer before my preliminary hearing and got the guy to advocate for me on my good behavior when I fell asleep at the wheel. That's how early he was on working to make the best of my situation. He guided me to what I would need to do to make the absolute best of what is never a good situation for a person to experience. He never mislead me saying that he could promise to do anything, but did educate me clearly and fully of what we could try to achieve, what would need to be done, when, and what the realities of the situation were. He's a kind, straight forward, no non-sense, consistent guy. He's a very consistent and responsive communicator, and he keeps how fragile people feel when they obtain a DUI in mind. I wish Zach's professionalism upon anyone's DUI case.

I am not proud to have gotten myself in the situation I did, but it would be hard for me to express how grateful I am to have chosen Zachary B. Cooper to see me through it.

Zach advised me on the best actions I could do on my end to be set up for the absolute best possible outcomes at sentencing, and I write this review as a testimony to the success of his strategies.

Unfortunately, I found myself facing charges for a third offense alcohol DUI, the latter two were consecutive. By all accounts, it seemed jail was a certainty. Zach's knowledge and skill paired with my execution of his advice (in addition to the course of my actions improving out of necessity), resulted in mandatory minimums by all accounts and a house arrest sentencing. No jail, not even weekends.

My best advice is to not get a DUI, but if it's too late for that then my absolute best advice is to retain Zachary B. Cooper for the best representation by all means. Thanks Zach!
