Horrible, horrible HORRIBLE experience. I dont even know where to begin. Very reasonable price but you get what you pay for. After they took my money and got my paperwork, it all went downhill from there. The paralegal women who work in the office are very rude and no help whatsoever. They lose paperwork and notify you about court dates a day in advance then lie and say they mailed notice to you. Very big lack of communication. I had emergency situations going on and they could care less! I basically filed a 13 for no reason because everything i lost was not given back or prevented because they didnt do their job....just took my money and left me hanging. Questions that I had were not answered because they would either ignore my phone calls on purpose or say they will call me back and never do. I called for days and would get no answer. Finally drove up there the same day my calls were being ignored and they were ALL sitting in the office staring at computer screens with absolutely NO clients waiting or anything. Izzo was also there and would not come out to speak with me. Im not sure what kind of business they are running, but please spend the extra money and find a lawyer who will actually FIGHT for you and not send YOU to do THEIR dirty work. Telling me to call people they should be calling. Just horrible. You will basically be paying for someone to fax papers on your behalf. Because thats all theyre good for.

Very Reliable, Genuine, Friendly, and Loyal, not money- hungry Attorney. He truly stood with me and got thousands dismissed. ====== Attorney Charles Izzo represented me in a Landlord-Tenant matter (Case No. LT- 3820-19, Superior Court, Camden) and he got $thousands of money dismissed for me.
Before that case, I consulted him about my first case and everything he said was true and so I was able to get the first case dismissed on my own when what he told me to look out for in Court happened.He is very fast, reliable, and genuine. What I like the most is he truly stood with me representing my best interests. He is not a money- hungry Attorney. Justice is his ethical imperative. He is smart fast thinker. He smiles, which makes me comfortable around him to express my problems. He is a good listener. I always felt like I was talking to a trusted person.
Getting a hold of him in office by phone might be difficult when the Legal Assistants are not working, but persist and persist, stop by the office in person to get your appointment scheduled over there, and it will be worth it.
