Today my wife & I received a card in the mail from Rubin & Badame wishing us peace & joy this holiday season, and a New Year of health, happiness, and prosperity. The irony is we now HAVE all of those things and more due to the fact we crossed paths with Paul Badame. Last night we received a call @ 5pm that my wife’s case was awarded a fully favorable decision. She’s in her mid 30’s, and so it wasn’t a slam dunk, nor was it an easy case whatsoever. Before we found Paul, we contacted two other firms in Philadelphia. Let me tell you what Rubin went through for me. He scanned my entire... 3000 page medical record. He knew things about me and my health that I didn’t know. I've been disabled since 2005 after cancer twice. After the SS dept. had checked with me to see if my condition improved over the years, it was easy with my doctors reviews to keep my SS until last spring, 2018, when I was informed I would have an initial hearing before the SS examiner. I elected to continue benefits until a decision was made. The SS dept. discontinued my benefits however.

By word of mouth I heard of Rubin and Badame who worked with SS cases. I called and it was very easy to get a free evaluation and advice from Paul Badame. He gathered all information from my doctors without me having to do any work. Being in bed about three days a week and two kids, I knew I didn't have to worry about anything, because Paul Badame was on top of everything, which was the greatest relief of all. The office personnel were very kind and attentive and put me straight through to Paul whenever I had a question or new mail that needed to be addressed.

I didn't wait to contact Paul Badame after the initial hearing, but instead before anything started. With numerous health problems and five doctors, I didn't need the stress of going alone to the initial hearing and then needing to file an appeal and need lawyers afterwards. I'm so glad I chose to have Paul representing me, gathering info, and ready to be by my side at the initial hearing.

The day before seeing the initial hearing examiner, Paul and I had a phone conference. I was in terrible shape and bedridden crying in pain. I was referred to Scott Rubin to help my son navigate through the Social Security disability process.
