They do not reward employees for hard work instead they foster an environment of chaos where employees who constantly goof off and act foolish are rewarded not the ones who are serious and professional. Also, do not work for this firm if you are not african american or hispanic, because it is not well suited for anyone else - quite a bit of reverse racism happening.

The people here have helped me over the past 3 years to make sure I could pay the back taxes on my deceased grandparents home. They were very nice as well.
