Overall, my experience was good. I felt like I was well informed until my case was picked up by Cataldo (initially I met with Cibik) who dropped the ball on filing my reaffirmation in a timely manner. He treated me as if I should have been the when in actuality he was in this situation. He was not apologetic for not providing me with the proper information or filing the reaffirmation in a timely manner. He just simply ignored my frustration which I am sure is because they get paid up front for their services.
