I found Todd by chance through a Web search. I was in trouble and I needed help quickly. He offered to meet me at his office late that evening, despite his being out of his office.

The man seriously knows his law and he is well-seasoned in dealing with Internal Revenue as well as the many other arms of both state and federal governments. He took plenty of time with me, making sure I understood the process and the reality of what he could and could not be expected to do (unlike the TV scam lawyers who make it sound like the government will completely forget about you after the lawyers "work their magic").
