David and Laura have been great. They got me out of a lemon after it was being repaired at the dealership for over 80 days. This Jeep renegade had only 1300 miles on it when it had a malfunction in the wiring and the sunroof motor quit working. Really happy they were on my side throughout the entire process.

Highly recommend- Own a 4 year old car, Contacted David and his associates and within 2 months, had a sizable check in my hands. Only wish I did not wait until the car was 4 years old.

My recommendations, 1) contact them as soon as the second repair is done for the same manufacturing defect. Don't wait like I did. 2) Keep all the paperwork from repair orders/dealership that shows the same defect. 3) always return to the same dealership to have the repairs taken care of.

MY STORY - After more than 2 MONTHS of being in “the shop” for WARRANTY REPAIRS and with very little to no communication from the dealer or manufacturer representatives as to a completion date, my FRUSTRATION LEVEL was HIGH. Have you purchased a new car, can’t wait to enjoy the drive, and in the early morning with little traffic can’t wait to get behind the wheel?
However, the first week the motorized seat gets frozen, 2 weeks in the shop, then the motor needs replacement, then the seat again.

I had a Shelby F-150 that came with a bad supercharger. After four service visits, the motor exploded.
Being a Shelby modified ford, I wasn’t going anywhere with this so I sought to use the Lemon Law to deal with it. I soon found that the only real way to deal with Ford was through legal representation.

After having multiple issues with my brand new car I finally decided to contact an attorney. David goldberg and associates were able to get me a repurchase of my vehicle. This was the best case scenario. Every staff member was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely matter. The only minor set back was I always felt rushed on the phone and the process could have been explained a little better to ease some anxiety and questions. That being said when I did approach the attorney with a question they responded very quickly. Would reccomend contacting them if you're having trouble with a vehicle that falls under the lemon law.

The outcome was great. David spoke directly to the manufacturers lawyer & filed suit and that turned into the manufacturer reaching out for a settlement. David negotiated the settlement to a fair amount and he took care of everything and the check was sent to my home. No court appearance was necessary. I had to talk him into taking my case because it was a 'grey' area for him because it was a boat but the outcome came out good. If you have a valid case, he will be a good attorney for you.
