Mr. Joe Wahl is a trustworthy family law attorney in the Wilmington DE area. I being a migrant woman from another county, did not have exposure to legal proceedings in United States but Mr. Wahl not only listened to me with great empthy and answered all questions and helped in successfully getting my Protection from Abuse (PFA) filed and granted, but was also easily able to turn-down the counter PFA, address child custody and support & also provided detailed information on filing for divorce. I would recommend him to any one who needs to go thru this sensitive legal help!

In August 2016 Mr. Wahl assisted me with a Family Court Protection from Abuse matter. When I called the office Sophie was able to schedule me the next day, which was impressive because I didn't have time to wait. The consultation cost $150 and at it Mr. Wahl quickly ascertained the history of the case and a strategy was suggested and a fee quoted for the case.
I hired him to represent me, and it was not cheap, but overall my experience was positive. His representation was really helpful in getting me the best outcome I could under the circumstances. Mr. Wahl performed well, he really helped me understand what counts to the Court in situations like mine, and now I don't hesitate to recommend him to my friends who are dealing with Family Court issues.

Called this guy because there was a listing for a "Fathers Rights Lawyer". I asked him numerous questions about his qualifications because I felt I wasn't getting a fair shot in the DE court system. As a business owner, I understand how important it is in today's society to give a little to earn a little. Give a lot, earn a lot through not only my business, but through referrals.
If this guy couldn't sell me on how he would be even mildly advantageous by representing me, then how on earth would he sell a judge on the truth that has been obscured for 10 years since my divorce? I don't think he could. So I rate him at one star and recommend he start watching Tony Robbins or Peter Sage because of you want to be a successful lawyer, you'd better be able to sell yourself in your own market. Needless to say, I won't be scheduling for an initial consult. If you do, best of luck.
