0 star Mark. Poor communication. He also laid on me he never told me the truth. He refused to give my documents until I went to the city hall and requested from them. DO NOT work with him otherwise you are going to get burnt.

Me and my hubby had a difficult case. Our case involved other plaintiffs and more than 1 defendant. Although it did take over a year.. it has been WORTH the WAIT!! The end result was much more money than either of us expected. Marc never stopped negotiating.. he asked for more and more until we decided we had much more than expected and did not want to go to a long and expensive trial. Sometimes Marc doesn't respond but considering he is a lawyer in high demand it is understandable. I always get the answers I need in ample time. I am currently waiting for my settlement to arrive . What a great relief for our family at xmas. Let me also mention I was treated by a good team of physical therapists, chiropractors and xray techs...all set up and managed by Marc. Yes I would recommend Marc and if I ever need an attorney again.. I have his number on speed dial!! Best wishes ppl and BE PATIENT these things do not move fast often.

Marc is an excellent lawyer! He's very hardworking, replies to you fast and keeps you up to date with your case. You won't be disappointed if you choose him as your lawyer. Marc did right by me. I had my accident, he got me everything the other insurance company has - all the money there was to get. I was very happy with him. Charged me one third also, not 40% like the other lawyer I had. That turned out to be a lot of money. Good dude, good lawyer.

He never gave my son his share of money he had collected a check from the insurance company, Marc kept on telling me excuses about welfare was holding his money and my son have not received any welfare, he all so took money from my claim for my son. My son was ten years old an now he is sixteen .Marc don't answer his phone or return calls , has moved his office two times . So we was burnt from Marc Bendo.

Communication is very poor. Trying to get my settlement and can get him through text or phone. Left numerous texts as well as voicemails. Was told he had the check from the insurance company last week and still no check or communication about the matter. Not how you're supposed to do business.
