I was involved in a hit and run (DUI) car accident where I almost lost my life. I broke my femur in two places and could not walk for about 3 months (one of which was completely in bed) and took about another 2-3 months to learn how to walk again. I rarely write reviews, but I truly feel this one is necessary. I contacted attorney Jeffrey Penney’s after I was injured in a motor vehicle accident. I read through his reviews, thinking he seems to good to be true, but my personal experience with him is confirmation that the reviews were spot on! He took the time (after office hours mind you) to answer all of my questions and concerns. After I decided I wanted him to represent me, he never wavered from making himself available to me and keeping me in the loop. I have found that many attorneys are only available to you initially, after they take your case you rarely personally speak to them. He explains everything to you and treats you as if you are one of his family. Jeffrey is truly a gem in his field and has raised the bar ( no pun intended ) so high that I will never go anywhere else for legal representation!!

I hired Jeff after I was attacked by a dog while walking in a friend's neighborhood. Before finding Jeff, I had contacted 3 other attorneys who rejected my case because the dog was on a leash. The homeowner's insurance for the dog owner denied my claim, so Jeff sued. After 6 months of litigation, the case settled after Jeff took the depositions of the dog owner. Jeff's questioning was so on-point (he really knows the law), that he got the dog owner to admit all sorts of things that convinced the other attorney to settle.
