I was injured in a hit-n-run accident 1 1/2 yrs ago. I contacted S & S where they said they would take my case. They had me in Physical therapy and doctor’s offices for 6 months. One day I received a letter stating they had dropped me due to not believing they could get a “substantial settlement” offer. They left all bills unpaid and I was out high and dry with no explanation. I felt helpless

I was in a bad car crash where I broke my nose and had surgery to my hip. The other lady's insurance company was giving me the run around with all sorts of mumbo jumbo lawyer talk and sending me paperwork I needed to fill out that I didn't understand or know what they were for.

When I first looked at hiring an attorney, I wasn't quite sure where to go. Since I didn't know any attorneys I naturally looked to the internet. Although Jon and Ryan were from Philly and I lived in Pittsburgh, they had the best reviews and many were from Pittsburgh or other parts of the state. Their reviews included fighting the insurance company tooth and nail to get what their client deserved while also taking the time to talk with the person and explain to the person everything the person needed to know so they could make their own decision.

The car crash I was involved in was nothing I ever asked for or wanted to happen, but from the start they had my back. Ryan and Jon were with me every step of the way. They took the time to explain to me that the insurance wasn't going to pay me what I deserved unless I took them to court.

Ryan explained to me the process, what we were up against, and what we could possibly expect. This included the positives and negatives. At court we had a great verdict and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Ostroff as an entire firm I can only say... amazing. I was in a bad car accident that left with a concussion and a severely broken shoulder blade. I was t-boned by a car that ran a red light. I was in a lot of pain and was on a 2lb weight limit for 5 months needless to say I was out of work. They helped me get the rental car covered by the other persons insurance company for a longer time frame then the insurance offered me one. They helped me get compensation for missing work. They were very understanding when it came to dealing with me being in so much pain and made sure I did everything I needed to heal. They responded either right away or very soon after calling to speak with them. They kept me updated on what was going on with my case when there was anything new. The only thing I could ask more of from them is to touch base a little more often even if there is no change or update to the case.

I had limited tort and was rear-ended and my injuries were quite extensive. Ostroff Injury Law took my case and won. Everyone in the office was kind, knowledgeable and I always felt that my case was the only one they were working on. They only contacted me when required and it didn’t take years to get my settlement. I would highly recommend them and if anything ever happened again I would go right back to them. I’m September of 17’ my wife was in a horrible accident. She sustained multiple injuries in this accident that left her unable to work for a decent period of time. Jon Ostroff himself is not available on the phone to discuss as well. All their statements are not true. Stay away from this unfairness and frustration!!!
