I sought the help of Mr. Mulvihill on the recommendation of a friend. Even though I didn't end up retaining his services officially, I found him to incredibly responsive to my inquiries, generous with his time, and sympathetic to my situation. If I were to find myself in need of a lawyer, this experience would incline me to give him a call.

WOW EXPERIENCED THEIR DEFENSIVE TACTICS ITS SUCH AN PLEASURE
I believe attorney Leo Mulvihill knowingly and willfully made false and deceptive statements on the record to the ZBA during a June 5, 2019 zoning variance hearing.
After I testified and presented photographs showing his client's Zoning Notice wasn't posted on the property as required by law for Public Notice (and argued that by law the ZBA shall take no action on the matter and must reschedule) he did not dispute those facts and presented no evidence his client had the Zoning Notice posted as required by law.
Instead, his apparent defense strategy was to falsely and deceptively testify at length that I should've contacted *him* about the Code violation, instead of reporting it to 311 and L&I, and taking photos--which is the proper process for reporting zoning code violations. After discussing my concerns with him afterwards, I now believe Leo Mulvihill has no ethical qualms about about lying under oath to benefit his clients, and that he has demonstrated he's an unethical lawyer.
So if you want an unethical lawyer to lie for you under oath, I think Leo Mulvihill is your man. I invite him to sue me for libel so these true facts about him become more widely available on the public record.

I highly recommend Mr. Mulvihill as an attorney. We hired him to help us get a zoning variance for a property we owned in Brewerytown. He was knowledgeable about the entire process and kept us well informed through constant communication and updates. When things got tough he was able to maintain his professionalism and find productive ways to help us win our approval at both the RCO and with the ZBA. I look forward to working with him again soon.

I am a member of a civil rights organization who regularly refers cases to Leo Mulvihill. Leo is personable, intelligent and one of the most diligent attorneys I have had the pleasure of working with. He is thoroughly prepared. He works extremely well with other attorneys when circumstance requires co-counsel. I am very impressed with his legal skill and his commitment to justice for all. If you want an attorney that will listen to you, be prepared, knows the law and will fight for you… call Leo Mulvihill.

Talk about sharks, here is a guy that will tell you what you want to hear as long as your putting money in his pocket. Some lawyers will protect their clients interest, as long as your filling this morons pocket with money, he'll tell you what you want to hear. Do not use this law office. Fishtown residents should run this guy out of town, he treats the residents as though they are idiots, common white trash. Leo Mulvihill, Jr. bad for Fishtown residents.

This attorney office does not follow the letter of the law. The old saying you get what you pay for applies when using this attorney office. Mulvihill Jr. can be summarized as an individual that is full of himself. I would not let this law office represent my dog. Look for a real attorney, not these fly by nights. It would not surprise me in the least if he wrote his own first review.
