Completely rude, was sorry I had to call back twice to ask a question. From the way they answered the phone, I almost thought I called someone house and woke them up out their slumber. No, I dont want to feel like I'm bothering someone when its your job to answer legal questions. THEY NEED A CLASS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE CAUSE THEY ARE LACKING ALOT OF IT
Very helpful , but has since forgotten about my problem had not contacted with me to resolve my problem waiting for a call back from the legal aid person.
