COMPLETELY helpless...... and its ashame because the community depends on these people. They don't take their jobs serious enough for the profession. Dropped the ball twice too many for me.

A complete waste of time. They exist to recieve a paycheck. They have zero effect. They simply do not in any way, shape or form do what they were designed to do which is help people. They will simply refer you to a lawyer which you obviously can't afford. Their office is a waste of taxpayer dollars and should be abolished.

Took a friend for help in divorce. Very helpful and just as effective as his 250/hr lawyer that visibly would have rathered be somewhere else...

Slow, not good at returning phone calls. Not as legally sharp as regular lawyers.
