John Marshall & his team helped me to repair my life again. I had given up hope in the legal system against someone who was who had endless monetary means. Mr. Marshall & his team accomplished everything I had battled for over 2 years in just a few months. In those few months, I regained my confidence back, and knew I could trust these people with my life. I still can not get over how much they did for me!

Help me with situations we're suing people without going to jail

I googled Legal Aid of Baltimore City, and saw that they help with landlord/tenant issues. I went in about a week 1/2 ago and spoke with an attorney by the name of Dan. In the first 2 minutes he seemed to have had a problem with some of my complaints with my current housing situation, as I have complaints about discrimination and other issues. He came off very rude. Every time I went to say something he cut me off. I deserve respect, however, I felt disrespected!! Although he did inform me briefly of something that I could do to possibly help my situation, they were of NO HELP in my situation. Before leaving his office, he told me that they would be in touch in about a week to let me know how they could help me. I got a phone call from him about 7 minutes ago and was told that they could not assist me in my case and was given 2 other organizations names and numbers and was told to give them a call. If there was nothing that they could do, to assist me, he should have told me that on the day I was there and not that I would receive a call in a about a week, to let me know how they could help me. That was very misleading and I am extremely upset about that. My question is, why have that they can help with landlord/tenant issues if they don't help?! Totally dissatisfied with Legal Aid.

I do not feel as tho i was helped in any way. My problem was an unscrupulous landlord, preventing bge from turning on gas & electricity in home i was renting from him because of non payment & court for the home needing to be fixed. They say a landlord not susposed to harress a tenant . ( its in the landlord / tenant handbook) but they do & my landlord allowed to do so with no help from anyone. Bge, legal aid, the courts! No one!!!

Because like me im on a fix income and legal aid helps ppl thats my reason for using them and the are wonderful and respectful.

Young man gave me incorrect information after saying he confirmed with third party that cost me great deal of inconvenience. Then when I called back I was given the subject info from an older lady and promised a phone call from a supervisor and never relieved one. Free service that proves you get what you pay for.

Poor customer service new people working the front desk told me they couldn't help me someone who works their told me I could get some info I needed I got the information I needed but imagine if I just walked away

They let me know in plain language what my best options were & what my next steps to rectify my situation were.

Not really all that helpful with information and they don't listen to you so they can help. I feel like they liaten so they can judge you or hurry you up to get to the next person like they got a quota to make in order to keep their job. Not everyone is like that there are probably some really good people that work willing to help you my fiance and i just didn't get one.

I went to Legal Aid to get legal help. Before i went to their office i fill out the intake form on-line. Nobody never contacted me. That why i went to their office to speak to somebody in person. This was my first time going to Legal Aid.The ladies at the front desk was okay. They was not that bad even though they can be a little more friendly. I fill out the form. Them i took it up to the front desk. A lady came out front to take me in the back to talk to me about my case. When i was talking about my case she interrupted me. Them she told me to continue. Them she started asking me questions concerning how much do i spend for rent, clothes, and other things. She took my information i brought in with me concerning my case. She came back in the room and told me that her supervisor told her i needed a private attorney. Legal Aid ask a lot of personnel questions even if they do not take your case. It was a waste of my time going to Legal Aid.
