Even though I didn't meet Christine Airey personally, I couldn’t be happier with how easy it was to do business with her. Her attention to detail, communication and compassion is top notch. The settlement wasn’t what I believe to be fair in regards to the anguish I have experienced over the past nearly 3 years but it was limited by the compensation allowed through the insurance companies. Her effort secured the maximum and the expedience was much appreciated. If I ever I am in need of legal counsel going forward she will be the 1st call.

Woefully bad at returning emails and calls. Laziness and inept beyond belief. This firm takes way too long to handle cases. They don't answer emails or calls. It took over six months to have someone return my call.. Don't be fooled by their self proclaimed "professionalism". Never again!!!! I have only dealt with so called Para legals since my case started. I have had ZERO contact with any lawyers. I actually don't know if they still represent me OR if my Case was even filed!! Not only that...The Staff here have FAMILY Members posting good reviews here on their behalf !!!

This office has been a tremendous help ever since my accident in March. We're still going through it, but I have been significantly less stressed about it since I have had them handling everything. Every question or problem I have had with anyone involved in my accident, mostly insurance companies, has been answered or rectified promptly by either Amy or Grace. They have checked up on me throughout even at times that I have been busy and fallen out of contact. I have been and will continue to send people here when they end up where I was. My father has also used them and was very satisfied.

I have a good friend who hired Portner & Shure after an awful traffic accident (one that happened as he was stopped at a traffic light!). He and his son met with a paralegal who took his information and began the process of filing suit. All along the way she explained what could be expected in a professional but compassionate manner. If you are looking for representation from an honest law firm I strongly recommend Portner & Shure. Although my friend lives in Bel Air, the paralegal came to my friend back when this all began and continued to meet with him.
