This will be my second time using Richard Klein as my lawyer and I’m sure I won’t be disappointed! This time I had help from customer service rep Jenny Grace and she was super patient and professional as they always are! I thank Big Al for always exceeding my expectations.

I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody. I’ve had an case with him since March 19’ and I haven’t had a settlement or offer yet it’s Jan 20’ I don’t even hear from my lawyer . They also tried to pawn my case off to another law group (Killian) I’m so disappointed with the professionalism.

I was working with the Richard Klein office. Worst communication I have to say. Instead of being up front I had to call William a extension 120 took that lame a month in order to tell me anything. They say they can do all things. Hell no. The damn people don’t even call you back. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted a month with this firm.

From my initial consultation through the settlement process I was always kept updated on where my case was. I was especially pleased with Attorney Joe Oberstein. I was surprised when I first called and Big Al answered the phone. They took my case right away and immediately referred me to physical therapy. To be very transparent, the person working on my case originally seemed to be very busy and overwhelmed as their communication and follow-ups were delayed on multiple occasions. The next employee who handled my case was very responsive and detailed. Everything began to move smoothly and I received a settlement which was more than what I expected. Overall, I am very happy and glad that I decided to call Big Al.

As an individual who was injured with a car that was totalled, my options for choosing an attorney were in high demand. I received at least 3 solicitations via phone, but I was not comfortable with making a commitment.

However, after doing my own research and hearing about "Big Al" law firm, I called and spoke with Joshua and felt respected and comfortable as a potential client. Within a few days, I officially sign documents confirming that "Big Al" would represent my case.

I typically don’t leave reviews but I feel obligated to. I have had the absolute worst experience. It’s been about 2 years since my case started. The first person I was assigned to did not properly communicate the whole process and when approached she apologized and mentioned she had a personal issue. The next person I was assigned to and still currently communicating with most times does not respond to my emails or calls. I received half of my settlement a year ago and the other half I am still waiting for. I should have received it a year ago but the person on my case told me to reach out to the 3rd party myself. After months of jumping hoops I asked the person on my case to reach out to them for me and it’s been almost 2 months of me reaching out to the office with little to no concern on their part. I am completely disappointed at the lack of communication and professionalism.

They only want cases that the insurance company won’t fight.Very rude personnel,no communication over 5 months and just dropped the case without notification.they completely wasted my time.My advice to anyone including the radio station who promotes these guys is stop don’t do it to yourself keep looking .They do not want to work for you they want cases when the insurance companies are taking liability meaning they do not have to fight for you but how much of your compensation they will receive.

Not happy with William he is rude and gives me the run around along with false information. Before I worked with Felicia she was not perfect but always respectful and helpful, this will guy is so unpleasant. Making me think about hiring the lawyer that was originally on my case before I called big Al to take it.

This has to be one of the worst law firms ever. They sever communications with you and leave you calling and getting transferred all over the place. Then refer you out because the case requires them to do real legal work. They receive checks and don't inform you. Then when asked about it their intake personnel give misinformation and finally you speak to what might be a lawyer and get the run around again. All I can say is never trust ambulance chasers with large advertisements.

Obtained them in December 2018, as of today, i have never speak with ( BigAl ) how claims to personally meet with his clients in his video via YouTube. I never meet with him or anyone from his staff. My request for documents i still havent received to review.

If I could give this law firm zero stars I would. Let me tell you what happened to me. I was in a hit and run about 3 years ago. I decided to listen to 93.5 KDay and I thought of Big Al because I felt they were going to be the ones to represent me properly. The only thing this law firm did properly was have me fill out some legal forms and place me with a chiropractor who was only in it for the money. I mean I seen this chiropractor for about 6 months and never did I get a massage, he just placed me into a massage chair and went on to the next client. After my sessions were done, this law firm sent a demand letter to the insurance carrier for payment and told me it would take a few months to get a response back. After a few months had passed which included me calling this law firm many times and gettting a response that they haven’t recieved a response from the other carriers I then decided to call the insurance company and they told me that a denial letter was sent to my attorneys office months ago which of course raises a red flag with me. I called my law office and after being placed on hold for about 30 minutes they found the denial letter. They then informed me that I would need to take the person who hit me to small claims court (can anybody see where this all is heading) So proceeded to fire them as my attorney because I felt they handled my case with extreme negligence. After a year had passed I got another call from Big Al’s asking me if I wanted to take the person who hit me to small claims court and that they would help me with my case. Another big mistake on my part by saying “yes” because when we went to court, the other party had a person from his own insurance carrier there with him to help in speak to the judge, which at that point I asked the guy from Big Al’s if she was going to get up on the stand to testify and he told me no. I then asked will he be on the stand with me when I explained to the judge on what happened in my hit n run case. When the judge called up my case can you guess who went up on the stand with their client, you guessed it it was the other person helping the guy who hit me testify while my person from Big Al’s sat back in the visitors chairs. I basically felt blind sided and lied to by the law office that I hired to help me with my case. I felt that since I had no expert witness to help me testify or even counter the other parties witness my settlement was a complete joke. This law firm is all about the money and they wanted to get their share of my settlement even though they didn’t deserve a damn penny for the way they handled my case. So if “ANYBODY” has taken the time to read my review, do yourself a huge favor, find yourself a more competent and reputable law firm to represent you in our case, this firm is the lowest of them all and they will scam you out of every penny they can while do absolutely close to nothing to have earned it...Buyer beware.. the only thing good about this law firm is the commercials on the Radio.. so just to confirm I give this law firm a zero rating...Leon D

I worked with Felicia, Tanae' and Dassy and they all were extremely helpful during this process. They were always available via email and/or phone call. If I sent an email after hours they were responding within 24 hours. I love working with the team.

I was in accident almost a week ago called them to obtain legal counsel was told someone would call me to set up my physical therapy..That never happened. Very unprofessional and ghetto..So Monday I called back and asked about it nothing. And what made it even worse the person I spoke didn’t even recall speaking with me or my case. Continue to ask me about a forms to sign that I sign the first day which doesn’t matter because no one recalls speaking wit me or can find the emails. Yet alone none of my information. What a waste of time and a joke. I just called another lawyer locally since no one here recalls my case at all and I had to get my own self in physical therapy. So I’m going to get me another lawyer since technically I don’t have any legal counsel I’m free to find me another lawyer. I see the reviews were correct.

If I could give them a negative I would. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. When they call they don't even state who they are or why they are calling. The young lady (Nadine) couldn't retain any information that I was giving her in regards to my accident,. so I spent more time repeating myself than I did giving her an account of what happened. When I called to ask a question about the email that was sent to me she told me the email was sent to the wrong person. When she called me back I didn't have the number saved and didn't know who she was at first. When I asked her who was calling and who she wanted to speak to she just hung up on me. People are calling them for help after a traumatic experience and I can bet that they want to deal with someone who makes them feel reassured that everything will be handled, not stressed out because they are getting horrible customer service. I would never recommend anyone to this place.

This law office has taken over my case around 2 years ago. I have been handed off to 4 different representatives in this time period. I have received little communication and I have had to reach out to this office for any updates. I have also found that they have told me that things are in progress that actually are not and I had to push my own case forward. I also continue to get the run around about the progress of my case and continue to get different information from each representative. I just called the office on 7/29/19 and asked to speak to a supervisor. After explaining to the receptionist my situation and how disappointed I am with this entire process she told me that no I can’t speak to a supervisor and that there is no one else to speak with. Going through such a horrible car accident I would assume that these people would go above and beyond to make my experience amazing. I’m extremely disappointed and would caution everyone to think twice before reaching out to this practice.

At first I was nervous and skeptical from things I’ve heard bout law firms when it comes to injury but thus far the team assigned to my case mainly Brandi has been professional and courteous to me at every turn and very responsive to my emails. I look forward to continuing to work the the Richard Klein law firm and pursue a victory for my hit and run case after my son and I injuries have been difficult to deal with.

I wouldn't use them from just reading the reviews. When your customers have complaints most companys try to resolve them. Not this one if you read all the responses to the complaints, they are responding sarcastically. 5 thumbs downs for me. I called them today thinking big ale would be the firm to handle the case but they redirect you to other firms. The radio commericals are very missed leading.

I had an excellent experience. The lawyers in the office were attentive and explained every process we were going through. I hope to never be a victim of an accident again but if I am I would definitely used this law firm again. Dassy was wonderful very informative and always pleasant.
