Mr Ingerman is very nice. Adrian is too and Mike the receptionist. However, it is very difficult to get in contact with paralegal via phone and email response was once. I hope this major hiccup improve. I had to go in the office to get update. My adjustor refused reimbursement, pain management, doctor visit once this occur you have to get a hearing with the commission to get IWIF to comply. It's the nature of the system. You cannot get seen by a doctor on your own due to the doctor want their guarantee payment due to Iwif reputation of refusing to pay.

My first experience with Bruce Ingerman was wonderful. He made sure to keep me updated with information regarding my case. However my second experience was horrible. I am currently working with Horwitz he has been giving me the run around. No communication completely unsatisfied. Better off representing yourself

My WC case was handled by Mr. Lloyd Sarro. He is the most professional, responsive, conscientious, and tenacious attorney I have ever had the pleasure of working with. (My experience with attorneys includes 15 years as a paralegal working for the State of Missouri, 5 divorces, 3 car accidents, and other misc. legal issues.)

Mr. Sarro always returns my calls promptly. He has never failed to follow through with any particulars that were discussed over the phone, or in person. Mr. Sarro has always been very open and honest with me. He never rushes me, or tries to influence my decisions. He is always very willing to educate me on Maryland WC laws and procedures, and has spent an inordinate amount of time answering my questions. (I have a lot of sympathy for any attorney who has a paralegal for a client.)

My case was was made more complex because I've lived in Missouri for the last seven of the eight years since Mr. Sarro began working on my case.

Wow!!!! Where to start? I guess we can start off by saying I’ve been waiting 5 years for this law firm to settle an on the job accident claim!! Because of their incompetence I had to go back to see their doctor and get a second evaluation and I have pay for it. They will not keep you informed about your own case or return phone calls. I’ve turned on some co-workers and friends to this firm and now they are upset with me because the way they are being treated!! Will never recommend this firm to anyone again!! Think about this they are getting paid to treat us like this!!!!! Will keep you advised of outcome if there is one!! Did get a call back today after posting this do feel a little better about things!!!

I trust them to handle my business for me, you have to be patient and let them work of course stay connected to them but let them work. Everything is a process but they want to win just like you do, lawyers don't get paid until they win depending on the kind of case you have remember that.

My name is Brad Krempel and I was an Ingerman & Horwitz client from August 2015 until April 2017. I was involved in a workers comp case with my employer and was referred to Ingerman & Horwitz by a coworker. Being this was the first time I had been involved in this sort of matter I didn't know what to expect. Even after the completion of the case I received follow up messages to check on my well being. When it was time to present the case and resolve the settlement Mr. Aaron Schwartz was an adamant professional and fought tooth and nail to ensure that we got the outcome we deserved. Everyone who dealt with my case was great. It took all the pressure and worry off of me while I was going through pain, doctors appointments and trying to get my vehicle back on the road. They will promise you the moon to get you to sign but then the service is almost nonexistent. I've littetally left dozens of messages without getting a return phone call. I strongly recommend finding another firm. My case was workers comp and they seem almost afraid to offend the insurance company. I have life time medical but can't get a doctor's appointment approved. I have reimbursement due that I've had to request a hearing to get paid. Mr In Ingerman has informed me that his firm will not represent me at the hearing. They were paid out of my settlement but now will not do the work. Use them at your own risk.

Carolyn Johnson from the Frederick office handled my case for me and was absolutely amazing. She treated me with all the respect in the world even though I was 20 years old at the time. She took her position very seriously and was amazing to work with. This firm took great care of me in 2007.

I had an accident in March 2017; Ms Linda Tom within the Frederick Office was very knowledgeable and very understanding of all circumstances. I was able to even speak with her on some personal issues; that I have sustained. She was always right there within an email to give me the information that I need. Ms. Linda is a godsend; she truly is. I don't know many attorney's or their legal assistants that take the time like she does! She also explained every form concerning the accident to me. The attorneys are wonderful. However, this paralegal lady Renne NEVER answers or almost never returns phone calls. Who knows maybe she is allergic to phones. In any event, I don't think I will be using their services again on account of the paralegal.
